Large windows open onto magnificent natural surroundings. One bedroom with a double bed (two single beds that can be separated). A bathroom with a shower and toilet. Lovely balcony overlooking the Lake Åre.

LOWER LEVEL: One bedroom with double bed (two single beds that can be separated). One bedroom with bunk bed; the lower bunk is 120 cm wide. Living room with TV and sofa bed that can be made into two extra beds. A bathroom with shower, toilet, and sauna. Laundry room with a washing machine and a drying cabinet.

Wi-fi is available. Parking with a contact for a car’s motor heater is outside the house. The price includes cleaning after departure.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking allowed.

Check-in from 4:00 pm. Check-out no later than 10:00 am.
