Crêperie och logi

In the old fire station, crêpes and galettes are served with sweet and salty fillings and a large selection of French cider. Crepes and Galettes originally come from Brittany, France. Crepes are made with wheat flour whilst Galettes are made with buckwheat flour. Galettes are usually savoury and filled with cheese, meat, poultry or seafood. Crepes are more like dessert pancakes served with berries, ice-cream or cream.   Åre Crêperie has taken these concepts even further and uses flavors from all over the world and of course from locally sourced produce.
